Assistant Match was created by Katie Gutierrez to simplify lives and promote success. Ms. Gutierrez is a business professional and investor who watched her peers struggle as they tried to grow their businesses and balance their lives. She saw that the most successful and happy individuals delegated tasks to an assistant, in order to have more time to do what was most important. Ms. Gutierrez followed their lead and quickly learned first-hand how powerful working with a qualified assistant could be – especially one who worked virtually. She also realized what a daunting and time consuming task it was to find and screen the right virtual assistant. Assistant Match was created to bridge the gap between needing an assistant, and easily finding and working with one.

Quality
Assistant Match administrative assistants are different than those you will normally find. Our assistants are at the top of their game. Assistant Match allows you to start working with the ideal individual within a week, charging only for the time you need your assistant. We take care of all logistics surrounding a new hire and payroll regulations. Our clients just need to delegate and see results.
Flexibility
It is up to you how you utilize an Assistant Match virtual assistant. You can choose to have someone working for you 40 hours a week, only 8-11 a.m., just Mondays and Wednesdays, or whatever arrangement is best for you. Some clients prefer to give projects and deadlines to their assistant, and let her complete them during the hours she chooses. We know that one size does not fit all, and take pride in assigning the individual who best meets your needs.
