Assistant Match is accepting applications from experienced, talented virtual assistants. The majority of the work is part time and conducted from your home office. We offer a sliding hourly rate based on the work to be performed.
Assistant Match virtual assistants must have a functioning home office that includes:
- Computer with high speed internet connection
- MS Word and Excel software installed
- Unlimited long distance calling on a dedicated land line that others will not answer
- Ability to send and receive faxes through your computer or a physical fax machine
- A system for regularly backing up the data on your computer
- A quiet work environment without background noise (including pets, children, TV, etc.)
Matching process details for virtual assistants:
- With each new job assignment, we contact individuals in our database who may be a good match based on skill, experience, availability, work style, and preferences
- The Assistant Match team conducts the screening and interviewing process, including phone interviews, professional reference checks, and a criminal background check
- Top candidates are put in contact with potential clients to talk and determine if they are indeed a m
- Assistant Match contracts with the virtual assistant as an independent contractor, and pays the VA for work they do with all Assistant Match clients, once a month
- We do not offer benefits

The number of applications we receive exceeds the rate at which we hire, so please be patient. Our needs constantly change, and individuals will be contacted to continue the screening process when their skill sets and experience match our current needs. We cannot guarantee when that will be for each individual, and phone calls or emails to Assistant Match will not expedite that process.
Please note that virtual assistants do not pay any sort of fee to work with Assistant Match or Assistant Match clients.
