Assistant Match provides a cost effective alternative.

We present our clients with top candidates for their needs. If you decide to work with someone we introduce to you, you pay a Match Fee and then an hourly rate for work they perform. You will be billed for actual time worked, and will not have to commit to a minimum number of hours.

 

The standard Match Fee for ongoing assistance is $295 (the cost is lower for project work). The fee covers the time and expenses included in identifying and screening candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks, and setting up a new client account.

 

Our average hourly rate is $30, but your rate may be less or more, based on the services needed. You will pay Assistant Match directly, so you will not need to focus on payroll, benefit, or tax details for your virtual assistant.
