Pricing
Assistant Match hourly rates start in the twenty dollar range. We work with each individual to determine the specific skills and knowledge needed in their virtual assistant. The more advanced skills needed, the higher the rate may be.
We suggest all clients start working with one of our virtual assistants for a minimum of 10 hours a month. Anything less than this does not give you the full benefits of creating the most highly productive relationship available. All work will be charged on the agreed upon hourly rate, and calculated in six-minute increments. Your hourly rate may be adjusted if the tasks you need completed change. You will pay Assistant Match directly, so you will not need to focus on payroll, benefit, or tax details for your virtual assistant.
Although we most often supply ongoing assistance, we are also able to help individuals and companies with one-time projects.
Assistant Match has a one-time Match Fee for clients which covers the time and expenses included in identifying and screening candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks, and setting up a new client account.
Match Fee for Ongoing Assistance: $295
Match Fee for Projects: $95
